Syzygy+ Limited, the owner of the Tales From The Trap registered trademark, confirms that it has terminated its previous collaboration with Cryptex Group relating to the proposed fan token previously associated with the project
The decision has been taken to protect the long term interests of the wider community associated with the project and Syzygy+ Limited.
Following termination of the collaboration, Cryptex Group and any associated persons are no longer authorised to use the Tales From The Trap name, brand, artwork, promotional materials, intellectual property or goodwill in connection with any token, cryptocurrency project, trading activity, community channel, promotional campaign, or related venture.
Syzygy+ Limited was not responsible for the operation, structure or management of the token (including technical operation of the token, liquidity, market activity, token pricing, wallet movements or third-party crypto activity).
Syzygy+ Limited is taking steps to ensure that the public, partners and stakeholders are not misled into believing that any unauthorised token activity remains officially connected to the film or Syzygy+ Limited.
